By placing an order, you acknowledge the following.

All communication happens via our secure chat widget and email notifications. Your responsibilities as a user are as follows.

• Check Messages: You must check your email or the chat widget regularly. If a writer asks a clarifying question and you do not reply for 48 hours, the deadline may be missed.
• File Sharing: All instructions, rubrics, and supporting materials must be shared via the secure chat or upload form.
• No Off-Platform Contact: You may not ask writers for their personal WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. This protects both parties.

Upon full payment, the copyright of the written product is transferred to you. MyClassHelp retains no ownership rights. We will not publish, resell, or distribute your paper to essay banks.

Services are prepaid to secure the writer's time.

• Split Payments: We typically require a 50 percent deposit to start and the remaining 50 percent before the final file download.
• Currency: All prices are in USD.
• Wallet Balance: Refunds issued as Store Credit do not expire and can be used for any future service.

Friendly Fraud occurs when a user receives a completed product and then files a chargeback with their bank claiming they did not authorize it. If you file a chargeback without contacting support first, the following will apply.

• Your account will be permanently banned.
• We will contest the dispute with comprehensive evidence including chat logs, file access logs, and IP timestamps.
• We may report the incident to academic fraud databases.

MyClassHelp is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

• Grades: We guarantee a standard of quality but grading is subjective. We are not liable if you receive a lower grade than expected unless a specific Grade Guarantee was purchased.
• University Action: We are not liable for any disciplinary action taken by your academic institution.
• Tech Failures: We are not liable for missed deadlines caused by your failure to download the file or email server outages.
