Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We built MyClassHelp on quality and trust. Every refund request is handled case by case, but the conditions below are fixed. If we meet them, we make it right.

Full Refund Conditions

You are entitled to a complete refund in the following situations. No negotiation required.

  • Missed Deadline: Our team failed to deliver by your specified deadline and you no longer need the work.
  • Plagiarism above 20%: A Turnitin report detects significant plagiarism not attributable to bibliography, quotes, or standard academic phrasing.
  • AI-Generated Content: Any AI detection report flagging the submitted work as machine-generated. We guarantee human-written work on every order. If that standard is not met, the full amount is returned.
  • Wrong Instructions Followed: The writer worked on the wrong topic, wrong subject, or wrong format due to an error on our side, even if unintentional.
  • D Grade or Below: A paper written to a professional standard cannot score this poorly. If you receive a D or an F and provide the professor's feedback or graded rubric as proof, a full refund is issued.
  • Double Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
  • No Writer Found: We could not match you with a qualified specialist within 24 hours.

Partial Refund Conditions

A partial refund of 50 percent applies in the following situation.

  • C Grade with Professor Feedback: If your assignment scores a C and your professor's written feedback identifies specific errors in the work we delivered, we will refund 50 percent of the order value.

A note on grading subjectivity.

Marking criteria varies heavily between instructors. The same paper can score a B with one professor and a C with another depending on personal expectations, module weighting, and how strictly the rubric is applied. A C grade alone, without supporting feedback pointing to specific failures in the work, does not qualify for a partial refund. The feedback from your professor is what matters here.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted in the following scenarios.

  • Change of Mind after delivery: You decided you no longer want the paper after it was completed.
  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: General complaints about writing style without reference to specific rubric failures.
  • Delayed Materials: The order was late because you did not upload the required files or instructions in time.
  • Editing Orders: You ordered proofreading or editing but expected a full rewrite.
  • No Grade Guarantee Selected: You received a grade below your expectation but did not purchase a grade guarantee at the time of ordering.

The Revision First Policy

Not every quality issue warrants a refund. Many problems that appear significant are fixable quickly through a free revision, and that is always the first step we take.

If a paper arrives with an incorrect citation format, a missing section, the wrong referencing style, or a structural issue that does not align with the brief, these are human errors that a revision resolves completely. The writer made a mistake, we acknowledge it, and we fix it at no cost and with no friction. Revisions for these issues are unlimited until the brief is fully satisfied.

When revision does not apply.

The revision first policy exists for correctable errors. It does not apply to fundamental failures. If the work contains plagiarised content, was generated by AI, or followed the entirely wrong brief, a revision is not a reasonable response. These situations go straight to the refund process. We will not use the revision policy as a reason to delay or avoid a refund that is legitimately owed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation eligibility changes the moment a writer is assigned to your order.

Order Status Refund Eligibility
Pending / Searching for Writer 100% Refund
In Progress (Writer Assigned) 0% Refund
Completed / Delivered 0% Refund

Why can I not cancel after a writer is assigned?

Your specialist starts working the moment they are assigned. By that point they have read your brief, started researching, and blocked time in their schedule specifically for your order. If something has gone wrong on your end, contact support immediately. We will do what we can.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your final paper by following these steps.

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] with your Order ID.
  • Step 2: State the reason clearly such as plagiarism detected, AI flagged, wrong topic, or grade with feedback.
  • Step 3: Attach proof. This means a Turnitin or AI detection report, your professor's feedback, or a screenshot of your graded submission.
  • Step 4: Our Quality Assurance team reviews the case within 3 to 5 business days and responds with a decision.

Store Credit vs Cash Refunds

You can choose to receive your refund as Store Credit, which is processed instantly and includes a 10 percent bonus on future orders. Cash refunds to your original payment method take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first is a violation of our User Agreement. If this happens, your account will be permanently banned, we will contest the chargeback with full evidence of delivery including file access logs, chat history, and IP timestamps, and we reserve the right to report the incident to academic fraud databases.

We resolve disputes directly and quickly. Contact [email protected] or use the Live Chat before taking any action with your bank.
